Top 20 dishes in Sydney 2011

Sydney

Food

Terry Durack has picked his two 20 dishes of 2011 for The Sydney Morning Herald: Martin Benn’s Japanese Stones at Sepia tops the list, with other very notable mentions including the Puttanesca wafer at Gastro Park, Chanchito a la Cruz at Porteno, and Ms’s Vietnamese steak tartare. It’s all highly contentious and debatable, but the list certainly is a snapshot of Sydney dining at it’s finest.
